Elephant Celebration!

"Can we get elephant cookies for next week?" was the message I received from my local bookstore. What? Elephant cookies? That could mean a lot of things. I decided to go the cute cartoonish route and I think they turned out pretty okay :)

Congratulations, Heather and Jason!

My brother-in-law got married last weekend and I was asked to make some cookies for the welcome baskets that would be in the guests' houses. "Something autumish and weddingish" ~ that left things wide open in terms of design. This is what I came up with ~ a little wedding, a little autumn!

Happy Halloween!

These are my favorite Jack-O-Lanterns for Halloween. Very cute. Not scary. Every year I end up carving a face like this in my pumpkin. These cookies are for my bookstore delivery this week. Hope the kiddos like them!

Autumn Fire

I wanted to do something for autumn for my bookstore delivery this week. These fall leaves remind me of fire. I love the how the bright red and yellow mix into orange! I hope they do, too!

Go Eagles!

My daughter's middle school field hockey team has their end of the season tournament next weekend. Today the team got together to decorate t-shirts for the event. I made these cookies to help them celebrate. They are the "EMS Eagles". I used the same design for the softball cookies this past spring but this time I decided to add the little field hockey sticks! The girls who know me were excited to see that I showed up with the little basket that I use to transport my cookies!

Welcome, Logan!

I made these for the daughter of a friend of mine who had her first baby in August. I'm sending these along with a little hat that I knit for him.

Star Wars Reads!

There is a Star Wars Reads event yearly that my local bookstore participates in to promote reading. The event is this weekend. I decided to make these little Yoda type figures reading, which is similar to the logo for the event.
